Diamond Aircraft at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026
Diamond Aircraft says it has wrapped up a successful week at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026, where it showcased a broad portfolio aimed at both flight training and private aviation.
Aircraft on display: DA62, DA50 RG, DA42-VI, DA40 NG and DA40 XLT
At the event, the manufacturer presented its line-up comprising the DA62, DA50 RG, DA42-VI, DA40 NG and DA40 XLT.
University and training fleet deliveries
During the show, Diamond Aircraft marked the handover of a DA40 XLT to Middle Tennessee State University and a DA42-VI to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
The displayed DA40 NG was part of SkyWarrior Flight Training’s previously announced order for 18 aircraft, and it was delivered to the school after AirVenture. Taken together, these deliveries were positioned as further evidence of Diamond’s continuing momentum among leading university and professional flight training organisations.
Private aviation sale signed at the show
AirVenture also saw a fresh private aviation sale for Diamond Aircraft. Premier Aircraft Sales, an authorised Diamond Aircraft dealer in the United States, sold a DA62 during the event, with the purchase agreement signed at Diamond Aircraft’s stand.
“These aircraft represent strong, long-term partnerships with some of the world’s leading aviation training organisations,” said Bin Chen, President of the Diamond Aircraft Group. “We are proud to support our customers with efficient, advanced single- and multi-engine aircraft for training the future professional pilots.”
The President of Diamond Aircraft and members of the company’s global group leadership joined the North American team at AirVenture for meetings with customers, partners and industry organisations, underlining the strategic importance of the North American market.
Community events: Diamond Flying Club, KidVenture and the Pilot Shop
Nearly 150 members of the Diamond Flying Club (DFC)-including owners, pilots, flight school representatives, partners and aviation enthusiasts-attended the second annual Oshkosh Diamond Night. The gathering brought the Diamond community together to share its enthusiasm for aviation and to recognise the continued expansion of the global club.
Diamond Aircraft also sponsored EAA KidVenture, backing hands-on activities and educational experiences intended to inspire the next generation of pilots, engineers and aviation enthusiasts.
Across the week, visitors also browsed new Diamond-branded merchandise in the Diamond Pilot Shop, including special-edition items created for Oshkosh 2026.
Diamond Aircraft thanked its customers, partners, DFC members and visitors for helping make EAA AirVenture Oshkosh another success, and said it looks forward to maintaining those connections throughout the year.
