Exclusive Representation Agreement between Aeromot and Volocopter in Brazil
Aeromot S.A., one of Brazil’s leading aerospace technology companies, and Germany’s Volocopter Technologies GmbH, a pioneer in electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL – electric vertical take-off and landing), have signed an Exclusive Representation Agreement to jointly introduce Volocopter’s next-generation electric aircraft to the Brazilian market.
Under the agreement, Aeromot becomes Volocopter’s exclusive representative in Brazil for marketing the VoloXPro. With capabilities spanning aircraft distribution, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) and customer support, pilot and technician training, and air mobility operations through VOWE, Aeromot brings the integrated expertise required to support the roll-out of Volocopter aircraft operations across Brazil.
This partnership marks the official entry of both companies into Brazil’s Advanced Air Mobility segment, combining Volocopter’s globally recognised innovation in electric aviation with Aeromot’s almost six decades of experience in aircraft integration, certification, maintenance, commercialisation and industrial development.
LABACE 2026 presentation of the VoloXPro in São Paulo
As part of this new collaboration, Aeromot and Volocopter will jointly showcase the VoloXPro during LABACE 2026, Latin America’s largest business aviation exhibition, taking place from 4 to 6 August at Campo de Marte Airport in São Paulo. The event will be the platform’s Brazilian public debut and the starting point for a broader market development strategy.

VoloXPro: electric propulsion, automation and low noise
Developed in Germany, the VoloXPro is a lightweight, fully electric aircraft designed around the principles of safety, operational simplicity and sustainability. Its distributed electric propulsion architecture, highly automated flight control system, low acoustic footprint and near-zero operational emissions place it among the most innovative aircraft in its category.
Industrial cooperation opportunities in Brazil via AeroCITI
Beyond bringing the aircraft to market, the companies are also assessing longer-term opportunities for industrial cooperation in Brazil, including technical support capabilities, maintenance infrastructure and future manufacturing initiatives. These activities may be developed within AeroCITI, Aeromot’s aerospace innovation ecosystem currently being built in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

Support for regulation of Advanced Air Mobility operations
The companies are working together with Brazilian authorities and aviation partners to support the regulatory evolution needed for the safe introduction of Advanced Air Mobility operations in the country.
